Medi-Cal Renewals are Happening Now
Saban Services
August 21, 2023
Update or verify your contact information.
Your renewal packet will arrive by mail in a yellow envelope. Prepare income, household, and address details along with supporting documentation. You can complete the form online, by mail, or over the phone.
Your local Medi-Cal office will mail you a letter (Notice of Action) to inform you if you didn't turn in your renewal form or are missing information.
You may be eligible for financial help for a private health plan through Covered California. Covered California will enroll you in a health plan with many of the same benefits at the best value for the lowest cost. Many Covered California enrollees pay $10 or less per month for health insurance, and some have coverage at no charge.
Need help exploring all your options or have specific health needs?
Saban Community Clinic offers free enrollment services. You can work with a Certified Enrollment Counselor to help you enroll or change your plan.
If your local Medi-Cal office has all your information and you qualify, they will mail you a letter confirming your Medi-Cal coverage is renewed. You don't need to do anything. You and your family can continue to use your Medi-Cal coverage for your health needs.
Use the chat feature on our website or call 323-653-1990 to request an appointment with a Certified Enrollment Counselor. Over-the-phone and in-person appointments are available at all of our locations.
